During this year, the brothers of the Community of the Resurrection are looking to be a catalyst for days of conversation on vocation. The main focus is not on vocations to particular ministries but rather on stimulating conversation among lay Christians about the call which we all have through our baptism to be part of the Church’s share in the mission of God. The brothers hope that engaging with Religious on this topic will be a helpful way of refreshing our thinking.
In addition to events at Mirfield, the brothers are holding events at various centres around the country. So far, we have been to Newcastle Cathedral and to colleges at Oxford University.
Visit or Stay
We welcome you to come to CR and to share in our life. Some come regularly to talk with a brother, others spend a day or two experiencing this very different environment. Individuals and groups come on retreat and pilgrimage, share in the teaching and courses we offer and join us in worship and meals.
